Siddipet: Telangana irrigation minister T Harish Rao said that "people should control the kodandaram who stop the development activities in the telangana state. If the opposition any anger on us show only on us, but do not stop the development works in telangana. The Mallanna Sagar project will be the heart of the five districts".
